Pediatric Research Coordinator at Alberta Children's Hospital

Take on a pivotal role as a Pediatric Research Coordinator at the Alberta Children's Hospital Research Institute. This full-time position focuses on leading infectious diseases research initiatives.

You will support various pediatric research projects, manage participant recruitment, and ensure high standards of data integrity and ethical compliance. Reporting to the Principal Investigator, your coordination will play a critical role in studies under the supervision of seasoned professionals in Calgary's leading research institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and consent processes for studies

• Maintain clear communication with clinical and research staff

• Prepare and submit ethics applications and documentation

• Develop workplans, study timelines, and compliance support

• Train and oversee junior staff and research assistants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
Master’s preferred

• 7-10 years of experience in clinical research

• TCPS2 and Good Clinical Practice certification required

• Proven ability to manage timelines and project deliverables

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
