Postdoctoral Researcher in Tumor Immunology

This role requires you to support pioneering research in the Department of Oncology. You will leverage tumor samples and immune cell assays to investigate how immune pressures drive cancer progression. A profound expertise in immunology and functional genomics is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement gene knock-in/out experimental designs
• Execute both in vitro and in vivo tumor assays
• Conduct thorough reviews of scientific literature
• Collaborate on manuscripts and presentations
• Mentor others in wet-lab experimental techniques
Requirements:
• PhD in a relevant area, such as immunology or cancer biology
• Comprehensive understanding of cancer biology principles
• Strong publication record within the past five years
• Experienced with PCR, ELISA, and Western blot techniques
• Well-versed in mouse models and CRISPR technology
Contribute your expertise in immunology and genomics to lead cancer research at the University of Calgary.
