Inno Tech Alberta is seeking a full-time Researcher to lead applied research projects in the Environmental Services Division. You will be responsible for managing technical consultation, developing protocols, and ensuring quality outcomes. This role requires interaction with various stakeholders to champion solutions for environmental management challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute applied research projects
• Engage clients and stakeholders for solution identification
• Prepare technical reports and research proposals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and fieldwork
• Train team members and contribute to capacity building
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in Earth Sciences or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in water resources
• Expertise in stable isotopes for environmental assessments
• Hands-on numerical modeling experience
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
