This position requires a Master's degree and a minimum of two years in an immunology-related lab. You will perform complex tasks like tissue culture, flow cytometry, and ELISA assays while maintaining high-quality standards. Independence, attention to detail, and communication skills are crucial for success in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain mammalian tissue cultures
• Process primary samples and support cytokine readouts
• Perform DNA/RNA extractions and PCR/qPCR
• Operate flow cytometry instruments and assist with imaging
• Train junior lab members on protocols and equipment
Requirements:
• Master's degree in immunology, cancer biology, or molecular biology
• At least two years in an immunology-focused lab
• Strong skills in PCR, western blotting, and ELISA
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and lentiviral vectors
• WHIMIS certification required
