Position: Laboratory Technician for PVT Experiments
Join AGAT Laboratories as a Laboratory Technician in our PVT Lab located in Calgary, Alberta. Engage in essential laboratory experiments and sample management to drive research quality.

In this second-level role, you will assist the Laboratory Manager and conduct critical PVT experiments while ensuring meticulous handling of reservoir fluid samples. Operating high-pressure equipment, maintaining data integrity, and preparing technical reports are key aspects of your position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PVT standard and advanced experiments

• Handle reservoir fluid samples with care

• Operate and maintain high-temperature PVT equipment

• Compile and validate laboratory data accurately

• Draft technical summaries and data sheets

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education:
Technical Diploma or Science Degree

• 0-5 years of laboratory experience

• Oil or PVT lab experience is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office and LIMS

• Capable of lifting over 25 pounds consistently
