In this permanent, full-time position, you will develop and execute applied research projects aimed at enhancing water resource management. Your work includes analyzing stable isotope datasets, synthesizing findings, and engaging external partners to address industry challenges. You'll provide mentorship to colleagues while leading projects that support both environmental policy and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate complex applied research initiatives
• Engage stakeholders to foster partnerships and proposal preparation
• Analyze datasets to drive informed decision-making
• Train and develop team capabilities in water sciences
• Report research outcomes effectively to stakeholders
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in a relevant Earth Sciences field
• 4-6 years of experience in hydrology or related areas
• Expertise in stable isotope applications for assessments
• Familiarity with geospatial analysis and modeling tools
• Strong communication and project management skills
