In this full-time, fixed-term position, you will report directly to the Research Manager. Your responsibilities will span administrative duties, participant recruitment, and communication coordination among research teams and external partners. Anticipate some provincial travel as you engage in ongoing research initiatives focused on respiratory viruses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general administrative tasks linked to research projects
• Coordinate communication between internal and external team members
• Develop presentations for webinars and scientific meetings
• Recruit participants and discuss study details with patients
• Collect and ensure accurate data submission per study protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Sciences
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of research ethics and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
