The Department of Oncology invites applicants for a Research Coordinator position focusing on serious life-limiting diseases. This role requires close collaboration with palliative care, nephrology, and family medicine researchers. You’ll engage in administrative management, research study implementation, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage project meetings and documentation
• Support researchers with contracts and external agreements
• Develop research protocols and associated documents
• Submit ethics applications and manage participant recruitment
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a health-related field
• 3–5 years of related research experience
• Knowledge of Alberta health systems and privacy legislation
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience in academic writing and stakeholder engagement
