In this role at Retro, you will join a collaborative startup culture dedicated to cellular reprogramming and autophagy. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform dosing and blood collection in rodent models
• Assist with sterile survival surgical procedures
• Conduct behavioral phenotyping assays and analyses
• Maintain compliance with IACUC regulations
• Organize lab resources and write study protocols
Requirements:
• BS/AS in biology or relevant field or 5+ years experience
• 2+ years in animal husbandry and rodent research
• Experience with multiple dosing and surgical techniques
• Hands-on in behavioral phenotyping assessments
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours
