Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ecological research on population structure and behavior

• Prepare reports from ecological and environmental studies

• Supervise biological technologists and technicians

• Engage in biotechnology research and product development

• Analyze biostatistical data with computer modelling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field

• Advanced degrees required for research scientist roles

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in biology

• Post-doctoral experience preferred for research positions

• Registration required in Alberta and British Columbia
