This on-site role in Pleasanton, CA, emphasizes scientific excellence and teamwork. You will engage deeply with the Molecular Lab, Research, and Early Development Team, mentoring junior scientists while exploring novel sequencing workflows. Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and enhance assay techniques for real-world application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead innovative sequencing workflow projects and optimizations
• Align pharma project needs with rigorous experimental design
• Collaborate with commercial teams and external partners
• Support the adoption of Axelios technology through pilot projects
• Contribute to R&D strategic technological direction
Requirements:
• PhD in Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience with molecular biology NGS workflows
• Proven experience in assay development and troubleshooting
• Strong bioinformatics skills for genomic analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
