Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement compost and agronomic trials

• Collect comprehensive yield and quality data

• Provide data-driven insights for product iterations

• Ensure rigorous data collection and reporting standards

• Work synergistically with internal and external teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary qualifications in agriculture or biology

• 3–7 years in agronomy, soil science, or relevant research

• Hands-on field research experience required

• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills

• Effective communicator with analytical abilities
