Position: Full-Time Research Associate at UCalgary

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage study correspondence and participant inquiries

• Support qualitative data collection and analysis through interviews

• Develop and adhere to study protocols with high accuracy

• Organize and facilitate project meetings and presentations

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and project timelines

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field

• 3-5 years relevant experience in qualitative research

• Proficiency in NVivo and thematic analysis techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
