SSE Operations Staff is seeking a dedicated Research Grant Writer for a limited-term position. You will collaborate closely with faculty, shaping competitive grant proposals and overseeing multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise in research development, attention to detail, and strategic insights will drive significant funding initiatives across the Schulich School of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate major multi-institutional grant submissions end-to-end

• Support strategic narrative development and budget integration

• Collaborate with Research Services on compliance and submission

• Provide editorial guidance to enhance proposal coherence

• Maintain a pipeline of large funding opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred

• 5+ years in research development or grant coordination

• Strong track record in multi-PI/multi-institutional submissions

• Excellent writing and project management abilities

• Familiarity with Canadian research environment preferred
