Market Intelligence Analyst Position

In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate reports on market statistics, public policy, and commercial developments. A background in Economics or a related field is essential, along with previous experience in research roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop surveys for market lease and purchase requests

• Maintain and update the lease listings database rigorously

• Provide relevant information to brokers for accurate valuations

• Collaborate with research managers on lease comparables

• Participate in meetings to report on notable market trends

Requirements:

• BA degree in Economics, Statistics, or equivalent

• Experience in a CRE research role preferred

• Strong analytic and communication skillset

• Organized and able to work both independently and in a team

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
