CAR T-Cell Research Associate Position

The Arnie Charbonneau Cancer Institute invites you to apply for a Research Associate focused on CAR T-cell therapy innovations for Multiple Myeloma. This is a full-time, two-year position.

Take a lead role in pioneering CAR T-cell research, addressing treatment resistance in Multiple Myeloma. This collaborative environment provides the opportunity to mentor trainees and contribute to significant research outputs. Periodic travel and flexible hours may be required for experimental support and professional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute research focused on CAR T-cell therapies

• Design, construct, and analyze CAR T-cell platforms

• Explore mechanisms of resistance and immune escape

• Employ genomic and cellular techniques in studies

• Collaborate with clinical and research partners

Requirements:

• PhD in relevant biological sciences

• Minimum 5 years in Multiple Myeloma research

• Proficiency in therapeutic target discovery

• Direct research project management experience

• Skills in data analysis and mentoring
