In this pivotal role, you will craft and manage documentation across engineering, operations, and QA/QC at our innovative start-up. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technical documentation or quality roles, coupled with a proven ability to interview subject-matter experts and produce helpful documentation. You'll support training and project coordination through precise SOPs and onboarding guides while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides

• Develop training packages and competency checklists for effective onboarding

• Create and sustain ISO-aligned documents and audit materials

• Organize project information and track decisions and actions

• Control documentation structure, versioning, and archiving processes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of documentation experience in engineering or related fields

• Experience with ISO 9001 and document control practices

• Strong written communication and technical skills

• Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar tools

• Comfortable using AI tools for drafting and consistency
