Manager of Clinical Research Trials at UCalgary

Lead clinical research initiatives as the Clinical Trials Research Manager at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, University of Calgary. This full-time role is key to the success and coordination of various clinical trials.

In this fixed-term position, you will collaborate with senior management and multiple stakeholders within the Stroke Clinical Trials Group.

Your role involves overseeing project management, compliance, and data management for regulated clinical trials, ensuring operational excellence across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple clinical trials to meet strategic goals

• Coordinate daily activities of research teams and sites

• Develop training materials and operational tools

• Facilitate regional and international collaboration

• Ensure quality and compliance in trial conduct

Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with Masters or PhD in health

• At least 10 years of healthcare or research experience

• 5-10 years of clinical trial management experience

• Proven leadership with strong decision-making abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
