The Evaluation Lead role is pivotal within the Calgary Zone Business Unit, collaborating closely with the Director of Operations. You will spearhead the development of evaluation frameworks, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to monitor healthcare initiatives effectively. Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills will be key in presenting findings and fostering partnerships with health organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ongoing evaluations of Calgary Zone healthcare initiatives

• Design and oversee research methodologies and data collection

• Create and share evaluation synthesis communication plans

• Establish relationships with Primary Care and Alberta stakeholders

• Analyze data and report insights to key leaders

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in applied research or related fields

• Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare evaluations

• Two years’ management experience in research

• Experience in primary care is beneficial

• Expertise in mixed methods analysis tools required
