In this entry-level seasonal role, engage with seed bed preparation, seed treatment, and irrigation setups from March to September 2027. Reporting to the Research Agronomist, collaborate on tasks that include operating small plot equipment and taking precise agronomic notes while ensuring site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare seed beds and flag trial sites
• Clean and treat seeds for trials
• Operate irrigation systems effectively
• Maintain small plot trial sites throughout the season
• Drive equipment between research sites
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Attention to detail for consistent results
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Agricultural experience is an asset
