* Attention* Currently we are hiring specifically for full time closing partners. In order to proceed with an interview please ensure you have availability between the hours of 5pm- 2am Monday to Sunday and Holidays. Transit does not run this late so we would also like to ensure you have arrangements to be able to get home safely at these times.
We are looking for motivated Cooks to enhance our kitchen team. As a Cook, you have a passion for food and hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to learn and grow. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, no experience necessary! You build culinary masterpieces alongside your team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
As a Cook, you will:
- Develop and hone your culinary skills to create food you’re proud of. Whether you’re new to the kitchen, or coming with experience, we will teach you everything you need to know to level up your culinary skills.
- Uphold Earls standards through exceptional food production. Contribute to a high functioning kitchen through flawless execution, consistent quality control, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
- Create authentic team connections that foster collaboration. Cultivate an environment of connected, committed collaborations that support a culture of teamwork.
- Uphold the highest kitchen standards. Take responsibility and accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your station, and the quality of product you present.
- Utilize your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for the culinary arts through perfect execution, unmatched product knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.
- A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: Food Safe Level
1) is a bonus. - The ability to legally work in Canada.
