Position: Head Butcher – Retail or Wholesale
Location: Ave NW Calgary, AB T3R 0R5

Salary: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour (negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

On siteWork must be completed at the physical location. No remote work option.
Responsibilities- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Cut poultry into parts
- Grind meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- Prepare special orders
- Canadian citizen
- Permanent resident of Canada
- Temporary resident with a valid work permit
