Store Manager As the Store Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and development to the store staff and successfully execute company strategies to ensure a consistent peak brand experience. Your primary responsibilities are to determine and maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit, hire, educate, and motivate a team of brand advocates who create a consistent best in class customer experience that aligns with our brand’s purpose and values.
You are responsible for setting an example for customer engagement and selling for your team, and for maximizing store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets, and ensuring store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability, and community participation are consistently well executed.

How You Will Make a Difference
Achieve store sales goals and promote productivity through measurement and monitoring of progress against key targets.
Promote excellence in customer service by modeling brand service standards, monitoring feedback, and ensuring the team engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience.
Manage store schedules, loss prevention, store audits, expense control, weekly reports, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Support store marketing events and develop community relationships to generate brand awareness and drive traffic, including opportunities to engage with customers and participate in community initiatives outside the store.
Provide coaching and training in customer service, engagement, brand identity, product knowledge, and operations with real-time feedback to enable growth and success.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing floor-sets and merchandising directives.
Maintain store inventory through proper shipping and receiving procedures.
Select, hire, and develop a high performing team; build an active talent community and network.
Responsible for staff development: actively communicate and maintain succession plans; communicate and deliver rewards, recognition, and annual performance appraisals; address performance issues and administer discipline when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with safety, policies, procedures, standards, and directives; model behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and upholds the integrity and values of the brand.
Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices.
What You Bring
Required
3+ years of multi-unit leadership or store management experience
People and performance management experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results
Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through the store team
Ability to plan and drive results while balancing shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build, lead, and manage a high performing team
Excellent decision making ability in a fast-paced environment
Able to meet performance expectations
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs
Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a retail environment
Preferred
High volume/high complexity retail experience
