What you'll be doing
Rotating produce in cooler and on floor regularlyWorking in coolers by putting produce awayStocking shelves and binsCleaning and packaging produce for displaysAssisting customers locate items when requiredKeeping work area clean and free of debrisAssist with shipping and receiving of produceMark incoming produce with receiving datesSuggestion sellingKeeping work area clean and free of debrisOther duties as requiredWe'll train the right candidate,but most successful candidates have these:
High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.A minimum of one year experience in a customer focused roleSkills and Abilities
Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressure, while maintaining a professional image at all timesWork independently with little direct supervisionHave a well-balanced concern for both task and peopleHave a genuine concern for needs of customers
