Position: Experienced Meat Cutter Needed

This position as a Meat Cutter and Department Associate focuses on preparing a variety of meat cuts and maintaining fresh, appealing displays. You will interact with customers, giving them insights into new products while ensuring that all safety and sanitary standards are adhered to. An appreciation for fresh foods will help you thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and prepare various types of meat for display

• Bundle and label meat and seafood for customer requests

• Follow sanitation protocols and maintain a safe workplace

• Assist in organizing monthly inventory counts

• Engage customers with knowledge about products

Requirements:

• Food Safety Mini Course certification required

• WHMIS Certification required

• Certification in Meat Cutting or 5 years of experience

• Understanding of digital scales an asset

• Capability to lift up to 40lbs
