Position: GUEST SERVICES
Join our team as a Guest Services and become the welcoming face of GRETA.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest feels comfortable from the moment they arrive. From greeting guests to managing coat-check, cash floats, the merch counter and more, you'll play a key part in creating unforgettable experiences.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in guest interactions and transactions
Comfortable working with cash and maintaining balanced cash floats
Familiarity with reservation systems and guest lists is an asset
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
Provide preloaded game cards and process payments for merchandise purchases
Verify IDs for legal drinking age and manage coat check operations
Maintain an organized and presentable coat check area for guests
Collaborate with management and arcade staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Understand and manage reservations and guest lists effectively
Keep cash floats balanced and maintain a clean work station
Bid guests a pleasant farewell as they depart
COMPENSATION, PERKS & BENEFITS
