Position: Part-Time Processing Team Member Goodwill
Become a key player with Goodwill Industries of Alberta as a part-time Processing Team Member. Help sort donations and ensure great customer service at our Chinook location.

This temporary contract role is ideal for those wanting to make a positive impact while working in retail. Goodwill is dedicated to providing a meaningful employment experience for people with disabilities. In this role, you will work in a team-oriented environment, focusing on sorting, grading donations, and delivering exceptional customer service to all shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and grade donations to identify sellable items

• Identify high-end donations for special pricing

• Track production targets and complete production sheets

• Transport items to shelves and maintain cleanliness

• Assist customers with wrapping and bagging merchandise

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum age of 15, eligible to work in Canada

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Team-oriented with strong customer service skills

• Capable of performing physical work continuously
