Canna Cabana Delivery Driver​/Shift Leader

Become a key player at Canna Cabana as a Cannabis Delivery Driver and Retail Shift Leader based in Okotoks. This role combines exceptional customer service with efficient cannabis delivery to the community.

In this dual role, you will oversee retail operations while ensuring timely product deliveries. As a Shift Leader, you will support management, assist staff, and enforce compliance with policies. Your delivery responsibilities include verifying IDs and following traffic regulations while managing cash transactions for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations and personnel management

• Deliver cannabis products within 45-minutes of order

• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle

• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

• Provide direction and support to store associates

Requirements:

• High school diploma and retail experience required

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

• Minimum 2 years in retail, cannabis preferred

• Must have Sell Safe certification for Alberta

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
