The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The associate must possess in‑depth product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations.

• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross‑selling products.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on both the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Understand and adhere to all brand policies and procedures.

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• A team‑player who is collaborative, adaptable, supportive, respectful, and open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Experience operating a POS system.
• Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
