Role OverviewThe Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The associate must possess in‑depth product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations.
Major Duties And Responsibilities- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross‑selling products.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on both the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
- Understand and adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- A team‑player who is collaborative, adaptable, supportive, respectful, and open to feedback.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system.
- Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Additional compensation may include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first‑class total rewards package.
