We are looking for a Head Butcher with 3 to 5 years of experience at our on-site location. This role encompasses cleaning, cutting, and packaging meats, as well as preparing bespoke orders. Your craft will be pivotal in shaping our meat selection and customer offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean meats for processing

• Cut down carcasses and separate standard cuts

• Wrap, package, and label meat products

• Grind and prepare various meat types

• Create appealing displays for meats and seafood
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of butchering experience

• Authorization to work in Canada, permanent or valid temporary

• No remote work option; on-site duties required

• Proficiency in handling all types of meats

• Commitment to maintaining high food safety standards
