In this role, reporting to the Store Manager, you'll ensure high levels of customer engagement with a focus on satisfaction. Your responsibilities include assisting customers in product selection, processing transactions, and promoting sales initiatives. By creating a friendly atmosphere, you will help foster a positive workplace for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address customer needs efficiently

• Resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction

• Maintain sales goals and store presentation

• Handle and recycle donations as required

• Participate in general store housekeeping and inventory rotation

Requirements:

Education:

Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a retail environment is an asset

• Friendly, energetic personality with service focus

• Capability to multi-task and solve problems promptly

• Must stand for long periods and lift heavy items
