Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- Ensure security and safety
- Criminal record check required
- Valid driver’s licence
- Attention to detail
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Organized, reliable, judgement

- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
- Transportation/travel information available upon request
- Support for veterans, newcomers, refugees, youth, mature workers, Indigenous people, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities
