Position: AEO Senior Brand Ambassador Role
Elevate the shopping experience at AEO as a Senior Brand Ambassador! Engage with guests to promote AE and Aerie products, while delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant retail space.

This part-time role focuses on fostering brand loyalty and enhancing every guest's visit. You'll operate with a “friends first” approach, educating customers about products and assisting them throughout the store. From the sales floor to cash wrap, your flexibility and integrity will showcase the values of AEO, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the AEO Selling Model for guest interactions

• Share product knowledge and make recommendations

• Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program

• Flexibly assist across different store areas

• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns

Requirements:

• Retail experience required

• Love for AE and Aerie products

• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
