In this role, you will oversee retail operations and lead the team towards success will leverage your supervisory experience to manage inventory, lead sales initiatives, and maintain pet care excellence. Focus on associate development, ensuring everyone thrives in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and mentor sales associates effectively
• Optimize merchandise strategies for sales growth
• Audit inventory records and address discrepancies
• Operate cash handling processes with compliance
• Promote a safe and organized shopping environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience
• Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail in store presentation
• Must be able to lift and move items as needed
