Your key responsibilities will include staff recruitment, addressing escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining merchandising excellence and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold standards in store detail and customer service
• Recruit, hire, and provide feedback for staff development
• Resolve escalated issues with a customer-focused approach
• Promote teamwork across departments and maintain inventory
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
