As a Store Lead, you will assist the Store Leadership Team in daily operations, cash-wrap tasks, and serve as Leader on Duty. This role emphasizes member engagement, performance feedback, and fostering an inspiring store atmosphere. You’ll collaborate closely with management to enhance team capabilities and ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train associates and provide coaching as needed
• Collaborate with management on performance issues
• Engage in company training initiatives
• Offer constructive feedback promptly
• Drive store performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years in retail management
• At least 18 years of age
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
