Job Description

Job type: Part-time, permanent

Hours: 24 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our Market Mall shop. Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. The Team Lead will guide staff but will not be responsible for hiring or discipline.

Success will come from engaging customers, driving sales, and working in a team environment.

This position requires availability for all types of shifts (Weekdays, weekends and holidays).
