Position: Value Buds Customer Experience Rep Needed
Support customer engagement as a Customer Experience Representative with Value Buds in Calgary, Alberta. Drive customer loyalty with quality service and educational product insights.

As part of a growing team at Value Buds, you'll interface directly with customers, offering valuable information about cannabis products and ensuring a positive shopping environment. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, maintaining inventory, and complying with cannabis laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a welcoming atmosphere for every customer

• Deliver product recommendations and cannabis education

• Operate the POS for payments and receipts

• Assist in restocking shelves and basic inventory tasks

• Ensure  for compliance with cannabis laws

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Certification in cannabis selling required

• Must lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Criminal Record Check eligibility is necessary
