Position: Dynamic Golf Shop Attendant Role
Become a pivotal member of Maple Ridge Golf Club as a Golf Shop Attendant. Deliver top-notch customer service while facilitating smooth transactions in a lively environment.

In this role, you will engage with customers directly, using a custom Point of Sale system to process transactions effectively. Responsibilities extend beyond sales; you will ensure the shop remains organized and clean, assist with clerical tasks, and maintain equipment like golf carts. A proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering their questions

• Record and compute totals of financial transactions

• Maintain an orderly golf shop environment

• Issue receipts and handle payments appropriately

• Compile non-monetary reports and assist with stock

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED

• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Computer literate with effective data entry skills
