Position: Retail Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops
Deliver exceptional customer service as a Retail Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops. Utilize your product knowledge to assist outdoor enthusiasts and enhance their shopping experience.

In this role, you'll report to the Group Sales Manager and work closely with a team to provide legendary customer service. Your responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, promoting store programs, and maintaining visual presentation standards on the sales floor. A passion for the outdoors and knowledge of emerging trends will enhance customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legendary customer service by assisting with product selection

• Promote store programs and special promotions to customers

• Maintain visual standards through merchandise front facing and signage

• Resolve customer issues using good judgment and logic

• Assist in various store areas as business needs arise

Requirements:

• One or more years in a sales or service environment preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong ability to evaluate customer needs effectively

• Passion for the outdoor lifestyle and related products

• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabelas products is an asset
