As a Brand Ambassador, you will bring AEO's brand to life by engaging with every guest and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll be trained in the AEO Selling Model to assist customers effectively and share product insights. This role requires flexibility to support different store areas and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with the AEO Selling Model

• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products

• Share information on the AEO loyalty program

• Flexibly work across sales, cash, fitting room, and stockroom

• Address guest inquiries while adhering to policies
Requirements:

• Enjoyment in working with people and making connections

• Retail experience advantageous

• Must be available during evenings and weekends

• Age requirement of 16 years or older

• High energy and capacity for multitasking
