Tech Support / Store Manager Assistant (Entry-Level, Training Provided)

$18/hour + Sales Commission
- Tech Support
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, and basic hardware issues
- Assist with system setup, software installation, and diagnostics
- Support basic network and connectivity issues
- Store Operations Support
- Assist store manager with daily operations
- Help manage inventory and stock transfers
- Support ERP system updates and data accuracy
- Sales Support
- Assist customers with product questions
- Recommend computer parts or systems based on needs
- Support in-store sales and upselling
- Basic understanding of computers (hardware or software)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience is not required. Attitude and learning ability are more important.
- PC building or repair experience
- Retail or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of computer parts (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.)
- Interest in gaming PCs or technology
- $18/hour base pay
- Sales commission (additional earning potential)
- Training provided
- Growth prospect (potential to move into Store Manager or Operations role)
- Full-time
- Weekend availability preferred
