The ideal candidate will manage team members, analyze inventory levels, and provide essential customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee demand planning and inventory management operations

• Standardize global sales channel processes for better access

• Manage and mentor Store Managers and inventory specialists

• Coordinate with various stakeholders on operational effectiveness

• Ensure optimal staffing and address personnel issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of retail/inventory experience

• Proven leadership experience in a retail setting

• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel

• Strong communication and motivational abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively
