Operations Consultant at Sephora

Enhance retail operations as an Operations Consultant with Sephora Canada. You'll work closely with the Operations Supervisor, ensuring stockroom organization and client service excellence.
In this role, you'll provide knowledgeable service during store hours while training cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems. Your focus will be on maintaining cleanliness, processing shipments, and adhering to merchandising standards set by SEPHORA. You'll also participate in inventory control and address any inventory concerns with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional client service during business hours

• Assist in training staff on POS and MPOS systems

• Maintain cleanliness in the cashier area

• Organize stockroom following company standards

• Participate in programs to prevent loss and improve inventory control
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in stockroom roles

• Strong computer skills and arithmetic ability

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends
