Provide exceptional meat preparation services as a professional Butcher. Focus on cutting, packaging, and adhering to food safety regulations to meet customer needs.
This role involves preparing a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood in accordance with customer specifications and safety standards. You will manage inventory and ensure product lines meet freshness and quality requirements. Overseeing and training additional staff may also be a key responsibility to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut and package meats for customers and display
• Ensure compliance with all food safety standards
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales records
• Supervise and train junior staff as needed
• Prepare meat for special displays and promotions
Requirements:
• Experience as a butcher or meat cutter
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership skills to direct team members
Deliver quality meat products while ensuring customer satisfaction through expert preparation and service.
