Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, you will play a vital role in merchandising initiatives for the store. Key responsibilities include updating signage, mannequin dressing, and assisting customers during store hours. A proven background in merchandising is valued, with preference for candidates having relevant experience in retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement visual merchandising plans and updates

• Conduct merchandise resets as required

• Replenish stock and maintain organized displays

• Aid customers in finding and selecting products

• Carry out additional tasks as directed by managers

Requirements:

• Two or more years’ merchandising experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Detail-oriented with sound judgment ability

• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops products is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
