Little Burgundy is seeking a Sales Lead to enhance store operations in Montreal, Quebec. This role involves meeting sales targets, supervising daily operations, and cultivating a motivated sales team. You will provide coaching, uphold company standards, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing store performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed store sales goals consistently
• Assist in training and developing team members
• Enforce company policies and provide coaching
• Manage daily store operations in absence of management
• Supervise Loss Prevention practices effectively
Requirements:
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and undertake assigned responsibilities
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts
