Westview Co-op is seeking a Sporting Goods Department Team Member in Hanna, AB, to join our dynamic team full-time. This role focuses on customer service, inventory management, and merchandise organization across departments.

You'll be integral to supporting the daily operations of the Sporting Goods department and assisting in various store areas. The position emphasizes living our Brand’s commitment to professional service while managing regulatory compliance and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, people-first service to members and guests

• Accurately manage inventory and product ordering

• Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies

• Utilize high-tech equipment for stock handling

• Contribute to the hardware and lumber departments as necessary

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Current Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) or plan to obtain

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks

• Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Background Check
