Retail Service Team Member at Michaels

In this role, you’ll assist customers with inquiries, promote the Rewards program, and engage them in our Voice of Customer survey. Working in a supportive team environment, you will also handle cash transactions and participate in stock management, ensuring a well-organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers shop and locate desired products

• Provide fast and friendly checkout service

• Educate on the Rewards program and VOC survey

• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes

• Maintain merchandise recovery and store presentation

Requirements:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store

• Good physical stamina for lifting and bending

• Open to cross-training in Custom Framing

• Must be at least 16 years old
