SNDL, Canada’s largest private-sector liquor and cannabis retailer, seeks a Supervisor for its Ace Liquor location. In this role, you’ll provide leadership over a multimillion-dollar business unit, crafting exceptional customer experiences and promoting profitability. You will manage inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor staff, fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor a large retail team

• Greet customers and educate them on products

• Manage inventory and maintain store presentation

• Process transactions and meet financial targets

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; supervisory preferred

• Pro Serve/Serving It Right certification required

• Training in wine, beer, or spirits preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
